Booking a
Seminar
There are
two options for booking a retreat.
1. Go to the calendar
and view the different retreats already
planned. By clicking on the event day, a
small description of the event will pop-up
so you can see if it is for you. A website
link will also be there to learn about the
people teaching the seminar. You can then
choose which event you would like to attend,
and fill out the reservation form.
2. If you do not see any retreats that you
would like to attend – or if they are not
going on at a time that you can attend – we
can facilitate you by setting up your own
retreat. Just fill out the contact us form,
and make sure to note that this is to set up
a new retreat. We will send you a media
package for group coordinators which will
show you how to set up the retreat. You must
have ten people signed up in order to make a
retreat reservation.
A
deposit of US$300 per person, per trip will reserve for you the dates
of your seminar. The deposit is payable by check or online using PayPal (VISA/MasterCard). We
will hold the check or credit card info while we proceed to make the
reservations for your seminar. If, by chance, we are unable to make
suitable reservations, we will return your check or credit
your card without penalty. In any case, you should hear from us
within 5 business days regarding the status of your reservations. Full
payment of the balance is due 60 days before the first day of the tour
and is payable by check or VISA/MasterCard.
IMPORTANT:
We need a minimum of ten persons per
seminar. We suggest that you wait
until 30 days before the seminar begins to
book your air ticket, as we will know by then
if we have enough reservation. Any
number less than ten attendees will cause us
to cancel the seminar until the following
month. You may check the seminar
